Władysław Karol Szerner (Przybienice 1870 - 1936 Wośniki) Polish painter, member of the "Munich School". He spending his youth in Munich, where he went to school from 1888-92 , he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in the studios of Johann Caspar Herterich, Gabriel Hackl and Wilhelm von Diez and studied agricultural sciences at the Technical University. He worked with his father, painter Władysław Szerner (1836-1915) in Munich for many years. From 1910-12, he was a foreign member of the Münchner Kunstverein.
