Optically geometrical porcelain vase, signed with the Meissen hallmark. Height: 33 cm.

Ludwig Zepner (Wroclaw 1931 - 2010 Meissen) - German artist designer and porcelain modeller. After finishing school he began practising in Meissen porcelain factory in years 1948 - 1952. At first he trained decorative painting and modeling. Until his retirement he worked as a designer in Meissen factory. He designed, among others, models "Jahrhundert-Service", "Jägerservice" and "Porzellanensemble Tausendundeine Nacht". In addition, Zepner created a lot of wall decorations made of Meissen porcelain on the public buildings.
