Bogumił Marcinek - Polish ceramic designer. He worked in Ćmielów since 1928. He was a pupil of Tadeusz Szafran. His most important work was Łowiczanka (woman from Łowicz in traditional folk costume) and Kazicka, which were exhibited at the General National Exhibition in Poznań in 1929. Both figurines directly refer to the folk types. He also designed everyday items, such as the Bałtyk service intended for Polish transatlantic ships "Piłsudski" and "Batory".
