Władysław Popielarczyk (Szteklin 1925 -1987 Warszawa) – Polish painter. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. From 1965 he ran his own gallery in Warsaw. He had 40 solo exhibitions, his works were also present in many collective exhibitions, in Poland and other countries. He also created happenings, poetry and composing. His works are in the National Museum in Warsaw, Poznań and Gdańsk, Częstochowa Museum, Moderna Museet in Stockholm, Taides Museum in Oulu, Museum of Modern Art in Miami, Indianapolis Museum of Art, Palm Spring Desar Museum and also in private collections: Dwight Eisenhower, Urho Kekkonen, Sukarno, Charles de Gaulle and Paul-Henri Spaak.
