Hermann Bauer (Heilbronn 1833) - German goldsmith. He worked in a silverware workshop, he had high talent and was commissioned to design the columns on the " Villa Berg " in Stuttgart. After his apprenticeship he deepened when abroad in Holland , London and Paris. Back in Germany began in 1863 with the founding of the company history silverware workshop . As a social entrepreneur and committed citizens was co-founder of today's " Fachhochschule für Gestaltung " in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
