August Carl Vilhelm Ehlers (Kopenhaga 1866 - 1948 Kopenhaga) - Danish goldsmith. He founded the company on October 25, 1897 at Amagerbrogade 129. He was a councilor of the Copenhagen Goldsmiths' Association until 1918. He was elected chairman of the Søenderbro Folkelige Forening in 1929. He ended his professional career as the director of Skefabrik in Copenhagen.
