Stanisław Podgórski (Katusz 1882 – 1964 Kraków) Polish painter. In the years 1902-06 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków in the studio of J.Stanisławski. He studied also in Paris in Academie Colarossi and in Italy. He created mainly landscapes. He traveled to Italy, Austria, Germany and Hungary. In the years 1911-12 he was a teacher in Female School of Art in Krakow. He was a member of Art Society “Sztuka”. The works of Podgórski have been shown at numerous group and individual exhibitions. His works are in National Museum in Krakow and Warsaw.
