Roman Banaszewski (1932 - 2021) in the years 1954-1959 he studied painting and graphic arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. In 1987 he became a professor at the Department of Graphic at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. He created drawings, graphics and paintings. He collaborated with galleries in Germany and USA. His works are in National Museums in Warsaw and Kraków, Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz, Pratt Institute in New York.
