Piotr Turek (Łódź 1961) – Polish painter and journalist. In 1980-1986 he studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration. In the years 1986 - 1991 he studied at the The Academy of Fine Art in. He graduated in 1991. In 1990–1991 he received an artistic scholarship from the Department of Culture of the city of Stuttgart, in 1998 the Creative Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and Art. He lives and works in Łódź.
