Paul Linke (Wrocław 1844 – 1917 Wrocław) – painter. From 1868 he lived in Berlin where in the years 1869-72 studied in the Academy of Fine Arts in the studios of J. Schrader, K. Pfannschmidt, A. Eybl and F. Bellermann. After studies he moved to Wrocław. In this time he painted portraits, genre scenes, historical and religious motifs. In the early 1870’s he traveled a lot and created many landscapes, city views and floral motifs. His paintings and drawings are in the Museums in Warsaw, Wrocław and Jelenia Góra.
