Mieczyslaw Serwin Oracki (Bochnia 1912 - 1978 Katowice) graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in 1937. He studied with F. Pautsch, among others. Mieczyslaw painted landscapes and still lifes. He exhibited his works, among others, at the 1938 Salon at the Warsaw Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts, where he won a bronze medal for the painting “Sleeping”. In 1939, he participated in the collective exhibition of the Society of Friends of Fine Arts in Krakow.
