Marian Nowicki (1904 - after 1960) Krakow painter. He was a student of Wojciech Kossak (from 1923). In the master's studio, he made underpainting of his works. In the years 1931-1935 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under Władysław Jarocki, Ignacy Pieńkowski and Józef Mehoffer. He mainly used oil paints, he most often painted genre and battle scenes.
