Maria Honowska (Warszawa 1878 - 1960 Zakopane) in the years 1894-1897 studied under W. Gerson, in the years 1911-1913 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and in the private atelier of Miłosz Kotarbiński. From 1934 she lived and exhibited in Zakopane.
