Leokadia Ostrowska (Warszawa 1875-1952 Kielce) Polish painter. She studied at the Wojciech Gerson's Drawing Studio and in Paris in Academie Colarossi. She traveled to Munich, Vienna, Cracow, Milan and Belgrade. She lived in Sofia (1903-1905) Paris (1905-1911), Warsaw (1911-1923), Poznań (1924-1930), Berlin (1931-1932), Warsaw (1934-1937) since 1938 in Kielce. She exhibited her works in Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Kielce, Paris, Sofia and Odessa. Ostrowska painted portraits, still lifes, rarely landscapes. Her works are in the National Musemu in Warsaw, and in many private collections in Poland and abroad.
