Kazimierz Łotocki (Szumlany Małe 1882 - 1942 Russia) - learned paintings under B. Rychter Janowska (1901), S. Kaczor Batowski, F. M. Wygrzywalski, W. Witwicki, S. Obst, E. M. Pietsch, K. Olpiński, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lviv and also in Cracow under J. Stanisławski. He worked as a drawing teacher in Nowy Sącz and Lviv. He was a member and co-founder of the Society of Lviv Graphics Artists. He exhibited his works in Nowym Sącz 1909, Cracow, Lviv (solo exhibition in 1924) and Poznań 1937. He also studied graphic at the Institute of Graphics Arts in Lviv under Ludwik Tyrowicz. He painted mainly landscapes, architecture, nocturnes, flowers, still lifes, genre scenes and city views.
