Kazimierz Kotliński (born in 1927 in Piaski) - began studying economics at the Catholic University of Lublin and later graduated from Teacher Training College (drawing, under the supervision of Adam Bunsch) and the Kraków University of Technology. He paints flowers, still lifes, landscapes, portraits, and figurative compositions bordering on abstraction. He has had 21 solo exhibitions and many group exhibitions, including abroad (Antibes, Paris (France); Miami (Florida - USA); Hungary). He is a book illustrator.
