Józef Szczęsny (Rybitwy 1885 - 1968 Natolin) – Polish painter. He studied at the Drawing School in Warsaw under the direction of Ksawery Dunikowski and Eligiusz Niewiadomski. From 1908, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow in the painting classes of professors Józef Mehoffer, Pankiewicz and Axentowicz. He graduated from the Krakow school in 1913. He took part in Polish and international painting exhibitions, won awards and distinctions.
