Józef Guranowski (Warszawa 1855 - 1922 Warszawa) Polish painter and decorator. From 1868 he studied in the studio of A. Malinowski, the decorator of the Warsaw Government Theaters. In 1880, he became a junior decorator, and in the years 1891-1908 with K. Klopfer, he became the chief decorator of the Warsaw Government Theaters. From 1911 he painted. His works were similar to paintings of Ch. Breslauer. He mainly painted landscapes, rarely interior views. He created oil and watercolor techniques.
