Dorothea Kirchner Moldenhauer (Poznań 1879 - 1968 Munich)German sculptor and graphic artist. She studied in Dachau in the studio of Hans von Hayek and in Munich in the atelier of Willy von Zügel. Since about 1913 they have been involved in art exhibitions with bronze statuettes and animal figurines in porcelain. In the years 1942-1944 she participated in Grossen Deutschen Kunstausstellung. In 1920’s she worked as a porcelain figurines modeller in Schwarzburger Werkstätten w Unterweißbach and Rosenthal in Selb. She made many small figures of dogs, cats, mouses, frogs and birds. She was a member of art group Luitpold-Gruppe in Munich.
