A chalice of the noble Zitzewitz family. Transparent, cut and grinded glass, partly gilded. Decorated with gilded monogram and dedication.

The Zitzewitz family - an old, natively Pomeranian noble family, with the original Slavic surname Sycewic, coming from the village of Sycewice in the Słupsk region. This family may come from the island of Rügen, from where it came to Central Pomerania.
