Albin Tippmann (Wurzen 1871-1952 Munich) was a German painter and illustrator known for his works depicting horses and genre scenes from rural life. He studied at the Municipal School of Art and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, where he was a student of such masters as Karl Raupp, Angelo Jank and Heinrich von Zügel.
